Booking your holiday should be exciting, not stressful. That’s why our Easy Payment Plan is designed to make it easier for you to manage the cost of your booking with ease.

Simply secure your place with a deposit, and the rest will be paid automatically through monthly Direct Debits with no reminders, and no fuss. You’ll choose a payment date that suits you, and we’ll take care of the rest.

This plan is available when you book directly with us on holidays departing in 12 weeks or more (some exclusions apply). It’s an easy way to book with confidence and look ahead to your next adventure.

A simple way to spread the cost

Rather than paying your full balance in one go, the Easy Payment Plan allows you to:

✔️ Secure your holiday with a deposit.
✔️ Choose a monthly payment date that suits you.
✔️ Relax, knowing payments are taken care of automatically.
✔️ Enjoy more time to pay – up to 10 days after your final balance is due.

How it works

1. Pay your deposit when booking directly with us.
2. We’ll email you a secure link to set up your monthly Direct Debit.
3. Your chosen payments will be made automatically each month, starting at least 14 days after booking.

To be eligible, your holiday must be at least 12 weeks away from the time of booking, and there must be at least three monthly payments remaining. It’s a simple, secure, and stress-free way to plan ahead.

The Easy Payment Plan is available on most of our tours, with the exception of certain experiences such as Lapland day trips, Wimbledon, André Rieu concerts, the Edinburgh Tattoo and Late Escapes.
